I have been in core operational 'engine - room' roles through my career and have worked across many sectors including residential lettings, serviced and temporary accommodation, facilities management, IT, recruitment, fashion and beauty, mostly within SMEs at various stages of establishment. I have also worked extensively with remote, offshore and decentralised teams, from around the world, and have helped companies build capacity, improve efficiency , save cost, and future proof their businesses by rethinking ways of working and restructuring their organisations.
