I'm Jo de Serrano OBE DUniv, a late-diagnosed, non-binary, neurodivergent Professional Organiser based in South London, working with clients across London, Surrey, Kent, and the Home Counties.

Before I started creating order from a different kind of chaos, I spent 25 years responding to humanitarian emergencies worldwide, from the 2004 tsunami to the Ebola crisis, first for the UK's Department for International Development, then as CEO of RedR UK. Before that, I started my working life at the Bank of England at 16, then spent a decade in investment banking. That combination of high-stakes environments and lived AuDHD experience is exactly what I bring to the work now.

I founded Order from Chaos in 2023. I work in people's homes and offices to declutter, implement practical storage systems, and create spaces that work for how they live and work.
