After a long corporate career training, mentoring and supporting others to be better business managers Traci has taken the elements that she enjoyed from this time and combined them with her love for fun, thought-provoking and interactive activities. She writes and delivers confidence-centred workshops with a focus on positive thinking through creativity.

Plucky's World evolved in 2018 as a visual, tactile resource to help kids, young people and adults to articulate and appreciate their strengths in Traci's workshops. It has inspired many powerful conversations, the sharing of positive experiences and realisations of potential.
