We are delighted to introduce you to Simi Ghuman, Director & Owner of Radfield Home Care Bromley, Orpington & Beckenham. Simi is from a big family with a strong emphasis on looking after older relatives. It’s the strong emotional connection to family that motivated her to launch a business in home care.

Simi has an extensive and varied background in the world of law and then later moving into helping vulnerable people in the care sector. Simi completed her law degree in 2005, and since then has completed a Legal Practice course and in 2011, became a solicitor.

Chanices’ experience in care compliance makes her an invaluable asset to the foundations of Radfield Home Care Bromley, Orpington & Beckenham. As part of the role she onboarded all new starters, providing them with relevant training and information they needed before they went out as qualified Care Professionals. Her deep understanding of the role of Care Professionals and compliance in care make her the perfect fit for Radfield.
